It weighs 19 pounds and measures 3.50 H (2U) x 17 W x 14 D. The 48 un-populated slots provide the flexibility of mixing and matching various fiber connectors and types into one enclosure, which helps to better organize multiple connections and streamline cable management. The slots accept flanged SC Simplex or LC Duplex Couplers, which makes them easily interchangeable as your needs change or grow. The front and rear hinged doors provide quick access and the top panels are also removable if necessary, which is paramount during the initial installation or routine maintenance. Having multiple ways to access/add cables without disturbing active connections is critical to the network. Additional side openings on the front and rear of the unit allow cables to enter and exit the unit safely for horizontal cable routing. The spools help to arrange and store the spliced fiber efficiently and the accessory pack consists of mounting hardware, Velcro/cable ties and a Port Identification Card to keep the cables tidy and cataloged.
