Ultra Spec Cables CWDM Single Device Wavelength Filter Cable is designed to only allow 1470nm of light to pass, while reflecting back the remainder of other wavelengths. Since only the 1470nm band will be transmitted, device efficiency is increased, which is why its perfect for FTTH and FTTX applications yielding superior performance at a low cost. The exceptional channel to channel uniformity, accuracy and stability also make it perfect for use with Passive Optical and Local Area Networks as well as with Test Equipment and in laboratory settings. The 900um jackets protect the inner fiber and the dust caps shield the end faces of the SC/UPC connectors from contaminants that potentially damage the fiber connectors. Our CWDM Cables include a detailed Test Report and are available with a variety of different connectors and wavelength combinations.
